Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our coaches and consultants keep detailed logs of the time they spend helping you. We only work for as long as your service requires, so you'll never be over-billed for unproductive time, and we will disclose work logs upon request when a service is completed. Depending on the service, you may be required to pay a portion up front with the balance paid upon completion. Rush jobs will cost more.
